Are you in balance with your environment?

Some people determine their environment.
Some people are defined by their environment.
Some people are in balance with their environment – I highly recommend looking up the 4 tenets of the Ya-idt’midtung philosophy of Kirridth Yortharrngba, particularly the Aildt Concept.

The below is focused around who is in your environment? Who are you being? Who are the people being around you?

I believe an environment can call you to be…

First look around, become aware of your environment.

  • Who is in it?
  • How does it feel?
  • What does it look like?
  • What actions does it force or encourage me to take?

Secondly, state who you are.
I am ….

Take a another look at your environment, with your pre-considered answers in mind.

  • Who in it supports me to be true to myself?
  • Does it feel natural, engaging or does it feel lethargic, confronting?

Than compare that to what sort of environment would empower you to be who you stated you are.

  • What’s missing?
  • What do you need bring into your environment?
  • What can you clear out?
  • What can you clear out that you think you need, but really you don’t?

This consideration process will assist you to create awareness, and list tasks to create an environment that is in your best interest of who you define yourself to be.

Depending on your ‘change’ ‘ability’ you may just start being conscious for a while But once you have these insights you gain the power to change what’s not working or even simply congratulate yourself for what is working. (how often do you get to do that?)
