The purpose of business is to create customers and to KEEP them!
Interestingly, doing a search on the web for a definition on business popped out some really random results. The fact is, everything you do in business revolves around customers for they are your key to keeping business.
Business is all about finding customers, having a relationship with customers, and keeping customers.
Without them you have no money, no business, no trade!
